Abstract
This course addresses people responsible for (part of) the work of an Award Unit or Operating Authority. It is based on the EFQM Model 2010 and results in a written Development Plan for the (own) Award Unit.

Content

The course starts, where the Award Leaders Course ended: with the vision of a (local) "Award House". The EFQM Model 2010 is then introduced, illustrated by the most important examples concerning the daily Award work and used as a general instrument to get step by step from this picture a written Development Plan for the Award Unit or Operating Authority.

On the second day, each session consists of

An introduction, whereby the topic is explained with examples to be found in the daily Award work.

Practical group exercises, to be chosen from a list of different options requiring / supporting different kinds of practical skills.

Applying what was was learnt to the corresponding element of the own Development Plan.
