IASS 2011: Costs

General

The participants' fee has not been fixed yet. But due its modular design, the costs of taking part in IASS 2011 will depend on the chosen option as well on the kind of accommodation during the first week. The costs include

• Seminar materials

• Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner – but not in Heidelberg and on the journeys from Osterburken to the Black Forest and back)

• Soft drinks

• Local transportation (Expedition teams, workshops, Heidelberg journey)

• Transportation from Osterburken to the Black Forest and back (option 3)

• Expedition equipment

• Expeditions' assessements.

The participants' fee does NOT include

• Travelling costs from home to Osterburken and back (options no 1 and 3)

• Travelling costs from home to Black Forest and back (option no 2).

Expedition teams using their own minibuses or caring for their own food will get respective discounts. German Gold Award groups can apply for a grant within the context of the “Sonderprogramm Goldstufe” (www.jugendprogramm.de/sonderprogramm). Application deadline is 15.01.2011.

Options and costs

1. Week 1: About 150 Euros (accommodation Alte Bahnmeisterei) or about 275 Euros (shared hotel room);

2. Week 2: About 250 Euros;

3. Both weeks

1. About 450 Euros (first week accommodated in Alte Bahnmeisterei)

2. About 575 Euros (first week accommodated in a shared hotel room).

Payment process

1. Send us your Registration Form and a Prepayment of 75,00 € (if you will participate during only one week) respectively 150,00 € (if you will join us for both weeks) to our bank account. Deadline for registration and prepayment is 01.04.2011.

2. After registration, we’ll send you an invoice according to the kind of attendance you’ve chosen – minus the amount of money you already paid and potential discounts. Deadline for transferring the remainder is 01.07.2011.
